Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

BLACKLINE® currently ships within the United States only.

Orders Between $1-$29.99

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $10.95

  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $18.95

Orders Between $30-$59.99

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $7.95

  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $18.95

Orders Between $60-$84.99

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $4.95

  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $18.95

Orders over $85

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $10.95

  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $18.95Orders of $85 or More

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) is automatically applied at checkout.

  • If Express Shipping is selected, the full Express rate will apply.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

BLACKLINE® reserves the right to modify shipping rates or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time without notice.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

 


 

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States.

Please note:

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses is subject to carrier limitations and postal regulations.

  • Certain liquid or chemical products may be restricted based on carrier or postal service guidelines.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a shipment is returned due to carrier restrictions, an incomplete address, or an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

BLACKLINE® partners with Navidium Shipping Protection, an optional service customers may add at checkout for expedited claims processing and enhanced coverage.

If Navidium Shipping Protection Was Purchased:

If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact support@blacklinecarcare.com.

Our team will prioritize your claim and work toward a fast resolution, which may include replacement or refund where applicable.

 


 

If Navidium Shipping Protection Was Not Purchased:

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact support@blacklinecarcare.com so we can initiate an investigation.

In these cases, customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations can take several business days and, in some cases, several weeks to complete depending on the carrier and claim type.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, BLACKLINE® is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Resolution decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome.

 


 

Order Modifications, Cancellations & Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications, cancellations, or address changes can be made.

If you need to update your order, contact support@blacklinecarcare.com as soon as possible.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make changes.

BLACKLINE® is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
