Authorized Seller Policy
Overview
BLACKLINE® products are sold through a controlled network of authorized sellers. This policy explains who is authorized to sell Blackline products, where they may sell them, and how to report an unauthorized seller.
This policy applies to every wholesale, trade, Detailer, and affiliate account, regardless of order volume or account history.
Authorized Sales Channels
The following are the only channels authorized to sell BLACKLINE® products:
- blacklinecarcare.com, our official website
- Amazon.com, sold and shipped by Blackline Car Care directly
- Walmart.com, sold and shipped by Blackline Car Care directly
- TikTok Shop, operated by Blackline Car Care directly
- Approved wholesale accounts, within the limits set out below
- Approved creator affiliates, promoting only, as set out below
There are no authorized distributors for BLACKLINE® in the United States. Any party representing themselves as a Blackline distributor is not authorized to do so.
What Wholesale Accounts May Do
Approved wholesale, trade, and Detailer accounts are authorized to resell Blackline products through:
- Their own physical retail location or detailing shop
- Their own branded website or online store
- Direct sales to their own clients
What Wholesale Accounts May Not Do
Wholesale accounts are not authorized to list or sell Blackline products on any third-party marketplace, including but not limited to:
Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Temu, Wish, Newegg, Mercado Libre, Facebook Marketplace, and any comparable platform.
Blackline does not issue brand authorization letters, brand approval letters, or ungating documentation to third parties for any marketplace.
Wholesale accounts may also not:
- Resell to other resellers or distributors
- Advertise below our Minimum Advertised Price
- Repackage, relabel, or alter products or packaging
- Represent themselves as a Blackline distributor, agent, or employee
Creator Affiliates
Approved members of the Blackline Collabs program may promote Blackline products on TikTok and elsewhere, including through TikTok Shop affiliate links and Shop-tagged content, and earn commission on the sales they drive.
Affiliates are promoting, not reselling. Orders are fulfilled by Blackline, customers buy from our own TikTok Shop, and the affiliate never holds or ships inventory.
Affiliates may not create their own TikTok Shop listings for Blackline products, list Blackline products under a different seller account, or fulfill Blackline orders themselves. Promotion through the affiliate program is authorized. Reselling through your own shop is not.

Minimum Advertised Price
All authorized sellers are subject to our MAP policy. MAP protects margin for every seller in the network and keeps pricing consistent for customers. Repeated MAP violations result in termination of the account.
Why This Policy Exists
Uncontrolled marketplace resale produces counterfeit risk, unsupported product claims, stale or mishandled inventory, and pricing that erodes margin for the retailers who invest in our brand. Limiting where our products are sold protects both our customers and our authorized partners.
Enforcement
Blackline actively monitors marketplaces for unauthorized listings. Where an unauthorized seller is identified, we may:
- Report the listing through Amazon Brand Registry or the equivalent program
- Suspend or terminate the wholesale account supplying the seller
- Refuse future orders from the account or its affiliates
- Pursue any other remedy available to us
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers carry no warranty, are not eligible for return, replacement, or claims, and cannot be verified as genuine.
Verifying or Reporting a Seller
To confirm whether a seller is authorized, or to report a listing you believe is unauthorized, email support@blacklinecarcare.com with the seller name, marketplace, and a link to the listing.
