BLACKLINE® Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Overview

At BLACKLINE®, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind what we manufacture and sell.

Please review the policy below to understand our return, refund, and warranty guidelines.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item includes all original labels and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The product has not been used, tested, or tampered with in any way

Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any liquid chemical products such as soaps, dressings, air fresheners, cleaners, coatings, or similar items that have been opened or partially used.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

BLACKLINE® reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Unless the return is due to a verified BLACKLINE® defect or shipping error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

The restocking fee helps cover payment processing fees, handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified BLACKLINE® error.


How to Start a Return

We offer Checkout+ to our customers. If you opt into Checkout+, a return label will be provided to you free of charge. If you don't opt into Checkout+, you will purchase your return label through the return portal linked above.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@blacklinecarcare.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

If Navidium Shipping Protection was purchased, claims may be processed under that coverage in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, BLACKLINE® is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used liquid chemical products

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Clearance or discontinued products

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, freezing, overheating, or incorrect application

Final Sale items are clearly identified at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for return, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

If approved, a refund (less any applicable restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact support@blacklinecarcare.com.


Warranty Policy

BLACKLINE® offers a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects for eligible non-liquid products.

What Is Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

  • Failures under normal, intended use during the warranty period

What Is Not Covered:

  • Liquid chemical products (soaps, air fresheners, cleaners, dressings, coatings, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper application, or modification

  • Damage caused by external factors (drops, freezing, excessive heat, improper storage)

  • Normal wear and tear

If approved, BLACKLINE® may issue a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

BLACKLINE® reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or warranty claims in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive return activity, or policy manipulation.

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team may be subject to account restrictions and order cancellation.
