Yes, if it has a 1/4 inch female quick connect. These use a 1/4 inch male stainless adaptor. They will not fit a garden hose.
The 45° fan is the one to use on paint. Keep your distance reasonable and never hold a tight angle close to a panel.
Debris in the orifice is the usual cause. Flush it with clean water and check the seal on the quick connect.
