FAQS
Quick answers from the Blackline team.
A high GSM drying towel contains denser microfiber, allowing for deeper absorption and safer contact with the surface, ideal for drying without scratching.
The Blackline drying towel is designed to provide exceptional drying capabilities without scratching the vehicle's surface. To keep it in excellent condition, follow these care instructions:
1. Washing the Drying Towel:
- Use a mild detergent without any special additives to prevent any potential harm to the microfiber material.
- Wash the towel in cold water.
- Ensure that the washing machine contains only clean towels, as cross-contamination with substances like brake dust or wax can compromise the towel's effectiveness.
2. Drying the Drying Towel:
- After washing, dry the towel on a low heat setting. High heat can damage the delicate microfiber fibers.
3. Washing Frequency:
- We recommend washing the drying towel after every 1-2 uses. Regular washing eliminates dirt accumulation and reduces the risk of scratching your vehicle's surface.
- Avoid using spray wax or fabric softener, as they can clog the towel and decrease its absorbency.
Yes, an absorbent microfiber car towel traps water safely, while chamois and sponges can drag dirt across the paint and cause micro-scratches.
Use a scratch free car drying towel made from twisted-loop microfiber, glide it gently across the paint, and avoid applying pressure. Let the fibers absorb water naturally.
BLACKLINE DRYING TOWEL
The Blackline Drying Towel uses a Twisted-Loop Microfiber Weave which on average is 4-6x the length of the normal microfiber strand. This creates a larger surface area, thus making the towel able to hold a larger amount of water than an average microfiber towel. Leaving behind no streaks or lint like our competitors.

Absolutely love the towel, even on my currently non coated car there is still 0 streaks left!!! Definitely gonna buy more products
AMAZING... This is by far the best towel ever made... Car was dry in less than 5 minutes...
Great item
Best sh** ever made!!
Loved it, works just like advertised
The size is insane. Easily dry giant trucks with one towel. So for so great. The absorption is nuts, it glides across the paint so it doesn’t scratch, and it’s a quality towel (can’t see seams or stitches)
10/10 the best drying towel I’ve ever used. Dried the entire car in less than 5 minutes, compared to 30 minutes with a standard micro towel. Plus, I didn’t have to ring out the towel every 5 minutes because it wouldn’t accept anymore water…in fact, I didn’t have to ring it out at all…I just left it out to dry.
Hands down one of the better drying towels on the market! You can easily get through 2 cars and she’s still pickin’ up water. Bottom line, brass tacks, this is an absolute beast of a towel. 10/10 5 stars!
We are a mobile detail company in Naperville IL! Pure Luxury Mobile Detail Spa. When we seen the Blackline towel we had to order it and try it we must say it’s an amazing item to our luxury collection of drying towel
This is by far the best detailing investment I’ve made for my car. Normally I have to wash, dry then use a speed detailer to get water spots off. Not anymore! Advertising is not a lie! I dry my whole mustang without have to wring it out or let it dry. Towel is amazing!
I used your towel for the first time and I was extremely impressed. I used it on my truck first then on my BMW. It dried both vehicles in minutes. Definitely going to purchase more Blackline products!
Always nervous and skeptical to try something new especially after reading online reviews. This one however did not disappoint! I bought the two towel bundle and I have zero regrets. I will be buying a couple more to have on hand. I dried two vehicles (SUV) with one towel!! This is a good high quality drying towel!!
I wish I had this towel years ago! I love the size and the fact that even after drying my large suv, it only felt damp. Didn't have to squeeze it out to continue using or even flip it over. it literally dried my car without streaks, in half the time of other towels.
Far exceeded my expectations! Dried the entire car easy peasy
This towel is absolutely amazing. One touch and the water is completely absorbed, like bone dry!
The towel leaves no streaks, and absorbs water perfectly
Absolute best towels on the market. I can use one towel for my entire 32 ft boat and it leaves no streaks behind. I won’t use another towel again. Worth the price
Excellent drying towel. Does not snag on emblems, plastic trim, etc. One towel will dry an entire Subaru Outback. Will buy another one soon!
I watched the video of the towel drying but never thought it would work like that. I have done my monster Toyota tundra with it twice without having to wring it out. It’s amazing…no streaking or water lines. Made a believer out of me!! A few friends have ordered them now.
Hold so much water, dries entire car with one towel and leaves no swirls whatsoever as you can see in the video. 5/5 great buy.

WOW!! I’m old school and have loved a real chamois over the years. This thing just made my chamois obsolete. Really impressed with this towel. Incredible how much water it holds. It actually got heavy toward the end, but was still drying my truck.
